We provide services and support programs tailored for the individual and community, all of our services are delivered in a culturally sensitive way which reflects the individual and community needs.
recognize the importance of ‘ageing out’ resulting in them attaining the age of 18 without having secured appropriate accommodation, employment, independent living skills and at times not having addressed issues such as alcohol and drug use
Support is provided based on individual choices and needs, their culture, their wishes and abilities and their circle of support (carers, friends, family etc.)
Some clients may want to be supported from their homes. We will tailor a support program based on their individual circumstances and the extent of support required.
